Innovation Scholar Scheme
Launched in 2023, the Innovation Scholarship Scheme has supported and empowered 145 education-focused staff to date through a distributed leadership model. The Lead Scholars galvanise activity through leadership of strategic projects, through a series of large and active Communities of Practice (CoPs) with over 1000 members, via regular workshops and events, and through the development of toolkits and external scholarship.
